Before shipment, all products go through strict inspection. We provide AOI inspection to check missing components, wrong parts, polarity errors, solder bridges, insufficient solder, and other visible assembly defects. For BGA, QFN, and hidden solder joint components, X-ray inspection can be used to check soldering quality. We also ensure that PCBAs are cleaned properly before delivery, helping customers receive boards that are ready for testing, assembly, or final use.
